Cornell Birds Q&A: Bird Sighting?

Question by thoresh: Bird Sighting?
This bird has an orange belly, green/brownish wings and body, with a dark “mask” around the eyes leading from the beak.
The most distinct characteristic is alon the edge of the birds tail feathers there are yellow half circles.

I cant find this bird anywhere on google .. any help would be appreciated
