Question by E: Where can I report illegal bird trapping in illinois?
There is a neighbor on my block who traps birds and lets the stray cats eat them. I have reported this to the town but because he is old and connected to officials they let him do as he wants. He has trapped Cardinals, Blue jays, and all sorts of birds. He also sells them. WHERE do I report this abuse? The town is useless!

Get in touch with Fish and Wildlife immediately. I have no idea how they are listed in your area but it should be Fish and Wildlife or Fish and Game…something like that. This is totally against the law. Maybe someone should trap him and give him to the wolves??? The government will take care of him, believe me.
