Despite what television and movies would have you think, bald eagles are not responsible for the downward screaming noise so often attributed to them. Most people think the call of a red-tailed hawk is the sound a bald eagle makes.
Bald eagles make a series of sort of piping/whistling sounds that are often explosive and descend.
Here is quite possibly the best database of bird (and everything else) recordings available. It’s the Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s recording website via the Macaulay Library.

Do a search for bald eagle and you should get a whole slew of recordings!!
