Question by Shaunie666: what is the minimum sized cage to keep 2 cockatiels?
I have 2 budgies and am planning to get 2 cockatiels (the budgies and cockatiels will be in separate cages). I was wondering what the minimum sized cage would be?
they will be let out of the cage through the whole day, its really only to keep them in during the night.

20″ x 20″ x 26″ is the minimum size for two cockatiels, with no more than 3/4″ bar spacing. Bigger is always better, especially when you’re housing two or more cockatiels in the same cage. I’d recommend getting a larger cage that is 32″ x 23″ x 30″, so your cockatiels can move around, stretch out their wings, and be comfortable.
