Meet the newest member of our family! This is Lori, the Timneh African Grey parrot. We adopted her today from a parrot rescue group, the Parrot Adoption Education Program (PEAP). We were SO lucky in that Lori was being brought in for surrender just as we arrived. We got to meet her previous owners and see how much they had loved Lori. Seeing that love and knowing that kismet brought us to PEAP at exactly the right hour made me want her. She’s settled in just beautifully! Expect loads more photos of our little lady in the future!
