Question by : Is the European Goldfinch still being imported to the United States of America?
Hello, I heard that the European Goldfinch has stopped being imported to the United States of America.
Is this true, and why have they stopped being imported?

No European Goldfinches are being legally exported to the U.S.A.The reason being the restriction of bird movement(not wild)has been curtailed because of Bird Flu, and at the moment this bird is declining in some areas, there are now very few breeders that will part with them.
