whts the average cost for a normal parrot i dont want a fancy one just regular looking as long as i have one?…and are the parrots that are red yellow and blue like the costa rican parrot .. how much can they cost?

I think you need to do some research on the different species and decide which one you would like and would suit you. There are too many different parrots to answer such a broad general question. You will also need to consider the cost of a cage and accessories and food and vet.
