Question by Jessica M: Is it a good idea to Foster a Parrot?
You see my parents won’t let me get a bird because of the state the economy is in,so i thought fostering one would be a good idea? do you have to pay for bird seed and a cage? or does the shelter provide it?

Parrot rescues only allow people with a lot of bird experience to foster their animals and they usually will not reimburse your expenses. If your parents say they can’t afford a bird accept it and wait until you either move out or get a job.
