Adult pair of Pacific parrotlet, Forpus coelestis (also known as Lesson’s parrotlet or as the Celestial parrotlet. "Parrotlets" are also known as "pocket parrots".). These parrots are expressing a combination of two recessive colour variations (dilute and blue) known as dilute blue, pastel blue or, I believe, as the "American white". This pair is for sale.
