Question by your my boo thang: what type of bird for a first time bird owner?
I don’t want to get anything really big, and not extremely loud (I live with 4 other people who all work different hours, some on the night shift). I plan to get a young bird, not an adult so I can train it and bond with it easier. Any suggestions or personal experiences with young/baby birds?

Birds are amazing and intelligent pets! I have raised and trained and rescued various types of parrots for many yeart. I would recomment a cockatiel. They are sweet and loving and easy to care for. Please don’t let the salesman talk you into a cage that is too small and don’t buy any mirrors. If you have questions, feel free to ask!
