Question by Jenny S: Is it legal to shoot birds with an air rifle in California?
I have a real problem with my neighbor shooting birds fromhis backyard. I have bird feed out to attract the birds and he shoots them. Is this legal?

Depends on the birds and it could be considered cruelty towards animals. Call your local ASPCA
