Question by OT: What is the best small parrot that talks and is a good family friendly pet?
I am thinking of getting a small parrot for the family what kind would you reccomend? Needs to be smaller, friendly and a good talker. Meyer’s, Senagal???

i have two cockatiels they are a small parrot great pet aslong as there hand reared from birth they are very tame the males are the chatterboxes
