Question by Tom Farmer: How do you focus so quick for wildlife photography?
I have a Canon 20D. I sat myuself outside with some feeders up. They we flying in like mad. Bluetits, greytits, goldfinches you name it. My “mission” was to catch the goldfinch landing or in flight. By the time I have focused it has either landed or flown off. If you could help or if you have any other good tips i would be very grateful.
Ye but when I want to focus of the bird flying how I focus when they are moving

Focus on the feeder and then lock the focus by holding button 1/2 way down. (Or whatever it takes to lock).
