I saw this IBIS bending its neck as if doing serious Yoga. Could not resist myself without clicking the feat

Please could anyone help identify this bird for me. It was taken in the highlands above Loch Ness. The markings on the wingtips and underneath don’t seem to match any of the gulls found in the British Isles as well as seeming too bulky. It was taken in mid April.

(UPDATE) It seems it is more and more likely to be a Gull.
