The little collapsible plastic bird feeder I got off the swap table at my networking meeting has become quite the hot spot of the neighborhood birds. It’s like watching planes come in for a landing. The plastic bottles stacked up on the pole are to foil the squirrel. It did for a while then the squirrel learned to climb it. But later I greased the pole with spray-on cooking oil and that did it. I could tell by all the squirrel size flat spots on the sea pinks below.
