Question by woahKate: How do i get my two love birds to trust me?
I’ve recently bought 2 fully grown masked love bird mates but every time I try to touch or hold one they fly away. I’ve tried putting one in the cage because they tend to follow each other and the female will hop on my arm if i stay very still, but that happens very rarely. Any ideas on how to get them both to trust me?

Well if it’s a mate pair than there is small possibility for you to be able to hold them or to train them, because they have each other and if a bird has another bird friend than sorry you’re the third out. And since they been together for quit some time there is nothing you can do. Well i guess that if you put them in different cages and to a different rooms then i believe you can star a “relationship” with one or the other. And you should ask an associate in the pet store for more info.
