the bird feeder is in my garden and I use a bird feed for all kinds of birds.

Try getting a suet feeder. You can get them at Wal-Mart. They attract different kinds of birds. Here’s a picture of one.

I have a seed feeder and a suet feeder in my back yard and I get more than ten different species. The most common birds are cardinals though.
