When can i start adding parrotlet food to my 4 week old parrotlet? He is already been trying to fly & has a little bit left to grow feathers on chest area.
The breeder was hand feeding & had oats, cockatiel bird food mix, cheerios & millet in their cage.
He eats anything i put in there including veggies & fruit & I am still hand feeding him 4x a day. He is a little piggy. 
Any websites with good info?

Try him on moistened pellets and soaked seed. But don’t oversoak the seed because of the possibility for mold growth.
I double-checked a website for you. You can probably start weaning now.
