Anyone know a petstore that allows u to buy a bird without and adult I’m 15. Around manhattan and if u can give me the address please?

It is illegal for stores to sell live animals to minors. Be responsible and talk to your parents. If you’re actually allowed to get a bird, there’ll be a time when a parent can go with you to purchase it.
