Cornell Birds How do you know when a baby bird is sick?

Question by prinsista: How do you know when a baby bird is sick?
I found a bird inside my backyard and it keeps on putting it’s head near the floor and it is not active. i think there is something wrong with it what should i do? i don’t want it to die.
It’s not moving a lot.
