Question by Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-man: How good is a Secretary Bird in relation to other birds of prey?
Honestly I think that they are the coolest looking birds, and I was just curious as to their hunting, flying, killing etc. abilities

They certainly are splendid looking birds.
Impossible to compare them with most other birds of prey because Secretary Birds are mostly ground dwelling & hunting birds, and most other species do their hunting while flying, either catching other birds in flight, or swooping down to catch something on the ground.
At the moment I can’t think of other species in other countries which fill the same ecolological/environmental niche.
Some cranes & storks perhaps? Which, of course, are not very close evolutionary relations.
