i have 2 budgies one has a blue purple cere and the other has a pink cere do i have females or males or a pair?

The one with purple is a male unless it is a very young bird. Then it could still change. The other one with pink is a female.
Don’t worry if it turns out to be two females they can and will live peacefully together.
