Each year at this time the Cedar Waxwings come and eat our Cotoneaster berries. I have counted over 300 on the Telephone wires. They can also cover any car parked under them in Poop, in very few minutes….

Milkflower Cotoneaster or Parney Cotoneaster – Cotoneaster lacteus (latin) ( Not sure of the type of Cotoneaster, it is so large 25′ wide and15′ tall.)

(a seagull, perhaps?)

it does look like a common tern
I also learned it is listed as endangered, threatened, or of special concern in many states in the USA.
