Question by : what type of birdfeeders wont make a mess?
I live on upper deck apartment and i had to take my birdfeeder down because the birds were messy eaters and it left a mess on my neighbors below me. are there any birdfeeders i could use that wont make such a mess?

Nope. But one could rig a contraption that would put the feeder out, away from the building and not piss anyone off,….maybe
