Question by : How do i join a parrot rescue program?
I would like to help take care of rescued parrot but i don’t know where to start, i live in Sacramento, CA and i know how to take care of parrots and how their personalities can be more complicated than that of a human. any post, e-mail, or links will be greatly appreciated!!
