Question by : Can anyone provide any information on Exotic Parrot Rescue of Indiana?
I am considering adopting a bird in the future and I was looking into local listings. Any information or dealings with Exotic Parrot Rescue would be a great help.

In Indianapolis you call the human society and they have the name of a person who rescues birds. There is a small fee involved for adopting the bird. I know they also have one up north because I know of someone who adopted a bird need Kokomo. I think the human society in your area or a near by larger city would have a list of people to refer to you. I called the one in Indianapolis when I was getting a new bird but they didn’t have the type I wanted and they told me once they get a bird they hold it for eight weeks to check out any medical problems the bird may have I believe it was $ 65 to $ 100 dollars for the bird.
