African Grey Parrots Is a african grey parrot hard to care for?

Question by Rawr: Is a african grey parrot hard to care for?
I’m looking into buying a congo african grey parrot in around two months. The baby will be around 2 months old (the one i’m buying).
So before i buy i need to get lots of questions answered =).
1) are they very loud?
2) do they bite alot? if they do how much does it hurt(for those of you who have been bitten)?
3) How much time / day do the require?
4) if i buy one and then leave it in its cage when i go to school(7am-4:30pm) will it be alright?
5) i have a baby sister at home, will she be harmed by it?
6) Can the dust it produces be harmful for my mom and dad (dad has asthma).

if you can answer these that would be great =)
