i want a parakeet but my parents say no i already have a dog and birds are loud

i take care of my dog too!

how can i convince them

you need to respect your parents’ decision; birds can be really expensive with all of the extra expenses (cage, toys, etc). Plus, if they don’t want the noise, then it’s their call whether they want to deal with it nor not. Get a bird when you move out.
