Goldfinch Do goldfinches only eat in the rain?

Question by minimonkey894: Do goldfinches only eat in the rain?
We recently put a goldfinch feeder out in our yard, but we only see them eating there when its raining. Is there a reason for this or is it just coincidence?

It’s most likely a coincidence. Many birds are move active during the rain.
