Lovebirds how can i get my two pet lovebirds to speak and go on my shoulder?

My two pet lovebirds seem so scared of me.One is a peach-faced lovebird ( rosy-faced lovebird) & the other is a black-cheeked lovebird.The peach faced lovebird is a girl and the boy is the black-cheeked lovebird.I try to put them both on my shoulder but they bite my hand & fly around the house.They are still preety young.And when I try to get them to talk they stare at me.Can someone help me with this please?

First off, you need to keep their wings clipped so they can’t fly, they can hurt or kill themselves flying loose in the house. Then you need to keep handling them and be very gentle with them so that they get used to you, don’t force them to do anything. It takes time and patience. And finally, lovebirds don’t talk.
