Question by Raquel: How to get rid of a family of blue jays?
I have a family of blue jays that are living in a tree in my front yard. I have 2 cats that like to go out, but now that the blue jays are there, they torment my cats. They screech and come down and peck my cats on the head and I’m trying to figure out how to get rid of them. I’d prefer not to kill them, but the constant squawking is EXTREMELY annoying! Any suggestions?

Putting some bird seed out for them will tell them they are accepted. When the babies are grown remove the nest. If they do not have babies, squirt them with a water hose.
