What you need to get for your camera is a good quality macro lens.
Macro lenses are designed to allow you to focus closer than standard lenses will.
If you don’t want to spend too much money extension tubes are an attractive way of adding a Macro capability to your camera set up. An extension tube is designed to increase image size on the film or sensor so that macro / extreme close up photos can be taken.
