Birdfeeder Will birds come to a birdfeeder on the second floor?

Question by : Will birds come to a birdfeeder on the second floor?
I got a birdfeeder that hangs on the window and was wondering if I put it on one of the windows outside my room (On the second floor) will birds come to it? I know that most feeders are closer to ground-level, that’s why I’m wondering.
